One of our top clients has opened up their headcount for some more fantastic and talented German speakers! They have just moved into a brand new, modern office and have desks to fill!

THE ROLE
Customer and Franchise Support Representative
You will be working as the in-house problem solver and provide engaging and personable support for English and German speaking customers via telephone and email.
The company you’ll be working for prize employee satisfaction and progression above all else and are looking for candidates who will become colleagues for years to come!

THE LANGUAGES
We are looking for someone who speaks both:
German to a native level
English both written and spoken

THE DETAILS

Hours: Mon-Fri only and no weekly rotas

Experience needed: Customer Care experience preferred but happy to provide training.
