Every friend you refer who we place in a new role, we will reward you with £150. There is no limit to the number of new referrals you can make. However, please note that if the candidate is already registered on the LoveWorkLife system we will be unable to pay any referral.
2 steps to success
Send an email to referrals@LoveWorkLife.com with your friend’s CV along with a testimonial about why you are referring them to LoveWorkLife. OR share our contact details with your friend but ask them to highlight that you put them in touch. It’s that simple.

Terms & Conditions
Referrals can be made by candidates registered with LoveWorkLife.
Referrals can be made by signed clients of LoveWorkLife.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
If the referral is for a candidate already registered with LoveWorkLife then unfortunately, the referral cannot be applied.
A referral must be claimed (in writing) before two weeks after the first interview has taken place.
A candidate can be referred to LoveWorkLife on one occasion only.
There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made
A successful referral is when the referred candidate is successfully placed in a role by LoveWorkLife Recruitment. For permanent roles, the referral gift will be provided after three successful months from the candidate’s employment start date. The same applies for fixed term contract roles.
For contract roles, the gift will be applied after 12 weeks of continuous work.
The gift must be claimed within 6 months of the date when the referral became effective.
LoveWorkLife cannot guarantee the provision of the gift by a specific date.
LoveWorkLife reserves the right to alter or discontinue the provision of Referral gifts.
Notification of a referral must be made before or on the date of registration with LoveWorkLife. No retrospective referrals will be given
Responsibility for the reporting of tax benefits is the sole responsibility of the the gift recipient and LoveWorkLife are not responsible for any risk or loss associated with the provision of this gift
All LoveWorkLife employees and family members are excluded from the scheme
